SHIPPING POLICIES

Shipping & Lead Time:

ORÉ currently only ships orders to the United States. We ship from North County San Diego, California using USPS or UPS. Delivery times vary by carrier.

Order fulfillment time is 2-3 business days from the day of purchase for in-stock items. Shipping fees will be added to your order total at checkout.

FREE Shipping on orders $150 or more. ORÉ reserves the right to change this offer at any time.

Since we try to fulfill your order as soon as possible, we cannot cancel it if it has been more than 24 hours since it was placed.

Once the package has been shipped, we are not able to reroute it.

Please confirm that your shipping address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders being shipped to incorrect addresses. We are unable to provide any refunds for items that are shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

We will gladly offer you a replacement or store credit. ORÉ cannot guarantee replacements on damaged merchandise reported after 24 hours of receipt.

Our Return Policy

We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn’t work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the original shipping date.

  • Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for shipping costs to send the item back to us.
  • Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
  • Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the original purchase.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We usually process returns quickly, but just in case, please allow up to 14 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

How To Make A Return

Unless the item is defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
